A free planner for people who dream big and still need to get stuff done.
The Show Up + Shine Planner connects your year to your week to your day, so the goals you care about actually make it onto Monday. Twenty-one printable pages. Undated, so you can start today.

Goals don’t fall apart on January 1. They fall apart on a Tuesday in March.
Here’s the truth: most of us don’t have a motivation problem. We have a gap problem. There’s a big goal at the top of the year, a full calendar at the bottom of the week, and nothing connecting the two.
So the urgent stuff wins. The meaningful stuff waits. And by spring, the goal you were so sure about feels like something that happened to a different person.
I built the Show Up + Shine Planner to close that gap. It gives every goal a road, every week a shape, and every day a focus. It’s not about perfection. It’s about momentum.
Five moves that turn a big year into a good Monday.
- 01
Set the year
Annual Goals. List everything you want to get done this year, assign each goal a quarter, and check it off when it’s done. You’ll come back to this page often to see if you’re on track, and to course-correct if you’re not.
- 02
Map the road
Project Roadmaps. State the goal, name three milestones that prove progress, then list the next actions for each one. Big goals stop feeling vague when you can see the road.
- 03
Design the week
Design the Week + Daily Rituals. Block your ideal week: work, workouts, meals, and time with the people you love. Then build the startup and shutdown routines that wrap each day in discipline.
- 04
Position the week
Monthly Calendar + Weekly Positioning. Plot key dates for the month. Then, every week, celebrate last week’s wins, set this week’s milestones, and plan the days (without piling everything on Monday).
- 05
Position the day
Daily Pages. Start each day with your Daily Positioning Statement, today’s targets, and your next actions. Use the notes page as your workspace, and as a record you can look back on.
Twenty-one pages. Print what you need, as often as you need.

What is a Daily Positioning Statement?
A Daily Positioning Statement, or DPS, is one line at the top of your day that says where your focus is going. Not your whole to-do list. Your focus.
It can be the project that needs the most attention, the conversation you’ve been putting off, or a line that reminds you who you’re showing up as. Once it’s written, your targets and next actions line up behind it.
It takes about a minute. It changes the whole day.

- Proposal draft to review
- Thirty-minute walk

Entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, creatives, students—and any combination of them all.
If your life has more than one role in it, this planner was made for you. It holds the business plan and the gym schedule on the same page, because when you don’t plan both, something suffers.

Hi, I’m Joshua. I’m a professional clue picker-upper and sharer.
I’ve spent 25 years building brands and leading teams across travel, entertainment, fashion, and media. Today I’m Chief Revenue Officer at WorldVia Travel Network, the creator of the Travel Marketeering framework, and the author of The Phenomenal Travel Entrepreneur, named Best Business Book for Entrepreneurs in the United States of 2026 by BestofBestReview.com.
This planner is the system behind all of it. It’s how I keep executive work, writing, speaking, music, and a life outside of all that pointed in the same direction. Success leaves clues. These pages are mine.
Good questions, quick answers.
Is the planner really free?
Yes. Enter your name and email, and you’ll get an instant download plus a copy in your inbox. You’ll also get the Phenomenal Force Letter once a week, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Is it dated?
No. Every monthly, weekly, and daily page is undated, so you can start any day of the year and pick it back up after a busy stretch without wasting pages.
Can I use it digitally?
Yes. It’s a standard PDF, so you can print it or write on it in any tablet app that lets you mark up PDFs.
How much time does it take?
Plan on a longer session when you set your annual goals and roadmaps, a short block at the start of each week for Weekly Positioning, and a few minutes each morning for your Daily Page.
What’s the difference between Design the Week and Weekly Positioning?
Design the Week is your ideal schedule—the template you aim for. Weekly Positioning is the real week in front of you: last week’s wins, this week’s milestones, and the plan for each day.
Is there a printed version?
Not right now. The Show Up + Shine Planner is available as a free printable download.
The best day to start was yesterday. The next best day is today.
